When you email us, we receive your email address and the business interests, questions and other details you choose to share. Please leave passport numbers, payment details and sensitive documents out of your initial inquiry.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the trip. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or confirm a booking.
Where it is processed
Cloudflare hosts the website. We handle inquiries and correspondence through the trips@yalla-china.com Google Workspace inbox. These providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence.
Retention and access
We may retain correspondence while handling your inquiry and related business records. Access is limited to the people and services handling inquiries for Yalla China.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted by contacting trips@yalla-china.com. Include enough information to locate your inquiry. We may need to verify the request before making changes.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. It provides aggregate statistics without cookies that track visitors. Email and inquiry contents are not sent to the analytics tool.
